It helps ease the stiffness and achiness in my joints and the tension I feel, easing my pains and stress a great deal. It is cheaper than my meds and works very well. I am sleeping better and waking up feeling refreshed. I recommend 750 or greater for joint discomfort. I would recommend this product from LiveGood because of the quality and low club price to anyone needing relief from mood problems too. I do my eye exercises each morning and notice a discomfort in my left eye. I went to my ophthalmologist and he stated I had a detached retina and I should contact a retina specialist as soon as possible because if un-treated I would go blind in that eye.
